I returned sandals and got no refund.

I ordered boots and selected expedited shipping. They never got sent. I inquired a week later and was told there was an inventory error. My refund was prompt but never got my order

The shoes were beautiful but didn’t fit comfortably. The issue is you’ve received them back and I’m (still) waiting for my refund. If you buy the shoes and they don’t work, be prepared to wait for the refund.

Love Italeau shoes, they're well made, fit well, beautiful and comfortable. However, I've returned two pairs over a month ago and still have not been reimbursed. Contacted the company and was told both returns not being processed was an oversight. Still waiting to see reimbursement on my visa statement.
