unfortunately some of you sandal that i bought have the back strap too low and it make quite unconfortable walking

Hi I have returned my newport sandals with the following comment. Nice shoe , fits me perfectly , comfortable ,but i cannot get them on my foot with out a huge struggle. There needs to be a velgro strap or elastic around the foot entry.

Bad delivery. Didn't make a phone call and showed wrong address in website. Contacted to delivery office and personally collected at East Tamaki

Shipping was amazing. Very happy with the service. Unfortunately, the shoes are not comfortable
