Very disappointed that the hat was not true to size and could not be replaced. Customer service was very responsive in dealing with me though.

Poor hat... poorer customer service
I received the hat with defects that make it unwearable. I sent Imperial an email with pictures about it 5 days ago and have not receive a response.

Your tshirts are the most
Your tshirts are the most inconsistent fit ever. I have a xxl from Bluejack National that fits like a 3xl and has the neck of a medium. I just ordered another xxl from the website and the entire shirt fits like a large.

Issues
I ordered a custom visor and received a blank white one. I reached out to customer service and they sent a new one. I received another blank white visor. Reached out a week ago and still no response or order update.
