Do not buy online

Absolutely worse service I’ve ever come across on the internet it took almost 2 weeks too ship out my order after sending two emails for an update if it’s been shipped than another 2-3 weeks too get shipped too me on top of all that I had too pay 31.15$ too just receive my package I’m truly disappointed as I do enjoy there hats this was my worst customer experience I’ve ever had too deal with over 4 hats it came out too around 200$ cad truly unsatisfied with this business.

ordered a simple american flag

ordered a simple american flag hat, took over one month for me to get it, when i got it the quality was not good. the flag was crooked and the threads of the flag were blended with the color of the hat so the last white stripe looked blue. would not recommend

Wanted to cancel Order but couldn't

I tried to cancel the order right away (sent a not to customer service that went un-anawered) but there is no mechanism in place to cancel an order. I bought it to go with a shirt for my Grandson but the shirt ended up being out of stock so I didn't need the hat any longer. It then took 2 weeks for the hat to be delivered so there was plenty of time to cancel order. Please respond to Customer Service emails - very bad practice.
