No hat, only excuses

I ordered my hat on Aug 3, it is Aug 20 and I have not received my hat and I have no indication from you as when to expect it. Your earlier excuse was about a system cutover which obviously means nothing to me. Just one question, am I going to get this hat or not?

I received the wrong visor

I received the wrong visor from what I ordered. I have been the one to follow up on the issue every time. Every time I reach out to someone there has been an excuse as to why I’m can’t get what I ordered. Now there is a “system change.” It has been 18 days since I placed my order, still don’t have the correct visor, have no tracking, no point of contact, no eta, nothing! If I could give less than one star I would

Disgruntled!

First of all…it was late shipping. Two… it had the wrong logo on the cap. Third… it was the wrong damn color. Other than that…

Slow shipping and unresponsive

Ordered a hat and it the website said it should arrive in a week, but it took almost a full month for them to even process and ship the item, then another week for it to arrive. I had to send 5 emails to get a response as to the status of my order.

Terrible service

I ordered a hat from you all 05/20/24 and have just now gotten a tracking number almost a month later on 6/12/24. Still haven’t gotten my hat yet, I spent $40 on your product and would honestly like my money back.
