Can’t get an answer from customer service!

Relied on your sizing chart resulting in pants being too snug. Charged me $13 to return or store credit. Didn’t appreciate being charged to return an item that I selected from your sizing chart. Will think twice before buying again

Hoping to receive a refund. I have returned the swimsuit unworn.

Very upset no one will help with my return. Went to the page like it said but there is no place for me to start the return with my email address.

if you buy something, you don’t get a refund you have to get a credit and when they gave me a credit, the credit code didn’t work. It was endless texting back-and-forth and emailing and then when I finally straightened it out the item I ordered they stopped the shipping because of something their clothes are very nice that I would never buy from them again. I need to be able to return something and then replace it without endless emails of taking 24 to 48 hours to answer. I’ll stick with Revolve and Naked wardrobe, etc. .
