Hypeach

I ordered 2 items, and only 1 was delivered. When I contacted HYPEACH, the agent told me “in fact” 2 items were in the package because items are weighed and shipped to avoid human error. If both items were not delivered I should contact UPS. Ridiculous

I never received my order! Tried to track and it just showed that it was delivered, but I have never received it.

This was my second time shopping from this site and I’m disappointed. I received the palm desert flannel and it had some piling and the threads were falling apart. I reached out to customer support through email and Instagram and received no response. I’m returning it and will have to settle for a store credit and no refund.
