They delivered to the wrong location. I have not received it. On the UPS tracking when I click proof of delivery, there is no picture and says it was delivered to dock. Which is not my address and I have no idea what dock is. I am not happy because I was relying on having this dress for my best friends 40th birthday event.

I made mistake in attempting to print label for returning the item. So, I have messages-it has already been returned. I wrote concerning problem and have had NO response. Help, me get another return label—-please

The shorts quality was very cheap. They were paper thin and looked nothing like the picture. The only option is store credit for returns but I don’t want other items.

I ordered 2 items, and only 1 was delivered. When I contacted HYPEACH, the agent told me “in fact” 2 items were in the package because items are weighed and shipped to avoid human error. If both items were not delivered I should contact UPS. Ridiculous
