Can’t get an answer from customer service!

Relied on your sizing chart resulting in pants being too snug. Charged me $13 to return or store credit. Didn’t appreciate being charged to return an item that I selected from your sizing chart. Will think twice before buying again

Hoping to receive a refund. I have returned the swimsuit unworn.

Very upset no one will help with my return. Went to the page like it said but there is no place for me to start the return with my email address.

I ordered 2 items, and only 1 was delivered. When I contacted HYPEACH, the agent told me “in fact” 2 items were in the package because items are weighed and shipped to avoid human error. If both items were not delivered I should contact UPS. Ridiculous
