Returns are turned into credit but great quality clothing

The sizes are off by two sizes. I am a true medium and must size to an L or XL for it to fit correctly.

Disappointed. Pants are Too big and Too stiff. The legs are not skinny and shiny like the Model displayed online.

In processes of returning 1/2 pieces, if this goes smoothly than 5/5

I would like a better way for exchanges. Return process was great, SO i hand wrote a note on my return that I would like an exchange. Hope it works. I love the jeans jerri starrett
