The return was a tad
The return was a tad less easy than usual, with me having to make four calls to finish getting the qr code, but everyone was helpful and we got it done. I will shop with Hotter again!

It took a long time
It took a long time for my shoes to arrive. In fairness, Hotter asked me twice if I still wanted them. Otherwise, shipping and service are great.
