No problems. Shoes were delievered in good shape in a reasonable but not particularly fast timeframe.

The shoes went down 10% after 2 days of ordering and I contacted customer support requesting the 10% difference however I was shot down! The price went down before they were shipped!

Overall I am thrilled with all my Hotter shoes and as a bonus the shoes are extremely comfortable for my neuropathy. Your sales are great.
