I emailed you about this yesterday. The briefs I received were not the ones I thought I had ordered. I usually buy HOM Boxer HOI briefs which are 65% cotton, 22% Modal and 13% Modal. The three I received from you this week are 97% Lycell and 3% Elastane. I have worn one pair of these before I noticed the difference, but would like to return the other two pairs for you to exchange for the ones I normally buy – or for a refund if you no longer make these. I have worn HOM briefs – and only HOM briefs – for over 30 years, so would appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you.

I Have to report to you that I currently feel cheated. My credit card has been debited by £125.00 HOWEVER the goods I thought I was purchasing have not been delivered to me. I shall be pursuing the return of my money, via the credit card company.
