Didn't tell me they were coming, charged extra to collect my parcel from the Post Office, no other option offered. Terrible.

Worst customer service experience, i have placed a £3,000 order and no one is helping me to my order. Worst buying & customer experience. Definitely not recommended to buy from them.

Austrian Post impossible to deal with. Have no idea where item is or what problem is with delivery apart from 'delivery impediment'!
