They look nice, feel a bit flimsy to be honest. Probably a bit overpriced but time will tell about the quality, would've bought different pair if id known ahead of time

The replacement is much thinner than the original nose piece. Is this correct? I tried calling but the phone tree was tedious and only had a leave message option. No one has returned my call.
