Hobie Eyewear

I recently had my Hobie Woody Sports's develop a permanent fog in the corners of the lens. I sent in a picture. They wanted me to ship them in for warranty which would leave me without which I can't do with recent eye surgery. I offered to keep them as a backup if Hobie gave me discount. They gave me 30% off which I felt was a low discount for something covered by warranty. I can't go without, so I purchased them.

I love these sunglasses! I use them for sailing and driving. Unfortunately, the wrong item was shipped to me, so it required extra time and effort to get what I wanted.

Pretty big lenas for an average mans face

The rips suck. They fell apart immediately. The lens to the nosepiece comes off too easily and the lens to the sides also comes off to easily. I have to continually reassemble these glasses. I like how light they are. They are very comfortable.

Poor communication and slow shipping.
