I found the size descriptions were not accurate. Nothing I ordered fit. Also website is frustrating because you can't filter for size when doing a search for an item.

Won’t return pants that don’t fit

The blouse is clearly way too small to be a size 14. It’s more like a size 4. I was so disappointed as I thought I finally found a nice blouse for a holiday event. I would have never purchased had I known the real size. I understand the actual label indicates 14. However it’s clearly too small. Your helpsy worker should have indicated discrepancy on website. On top of that it had a brown stain on the right lapel! Omgosh it was a waste of time and money. I appreciate your Mission but this is exactly why people buy brand new clothes. We Don’t want to deal with issues like these.

Paid for an item and they cancelled the order without communication. Had to finally reach out to resolve this issue. Poor customer service
