My item was never found after I purchased it! I had to reach out to inquire when it would be shipped and was informed that the shirt I ordered could not be located! Very disappointing.

Sent mens shoes when I ordered women's. The only saving grace is they offered a refund. I have had bad luck with Kosei and thought Helpsy was a different company. I haven't had a single order that was both correct and shipped on time. I've spent so much time talking to customer service, it's just crazy. Not worth the hassle to return the item. I'm just going to sell the item that I recieved and purchase the item that I wanted.

Still haven't gotten my order from almost 3 weeks ago...still hasn't shipped.
