Did not like the fact that the item I purchased was not described properly or that the lining was covered in dog hair

The shoes said they were new. There are clear dirt marks and scuffs on the bottom from someone previously wearing them. I do feel slightly deceived in that respect. Also the shoes look like they have water stains on them, that you can see in the photo posted online but I assumed it was the quality of the photo as they claim to have never been worn. Wouldn’t have purchased if I had known.

It's a nice deal that they have going on that you only pay for shipping, but the quality of their items is questionable.

Hello. I was excited about finding your site and purchasing. However the item I ordered the size was listed incorrectly. It was sold as a Large (L) but when I received it it say that in fact it was a Petite Large (PL). I love your concept and pricing but wary about repurchasing because of the size error.

Took long to ship order (little over a week) and then lost part of my order. Was very excited for the the wing + horns because they are no longer in business. But those are the ones that didn’t come. When I reached out it took a full 24hrs and nothing. I had to reach out again only to be told the person “ping” someone about the issue but never responded. Just to be told they don’t know what happened and refunded me. Great that they refunded but at the same disappointed over it.
