Helpsy®

The item I ordered was as described and in great condition. My only disappointment is that while Helpsy extolls the sustainability of shopping second-hand, they sent my coat in clear plastic bag inside a plastic bag mailer with an additional freebie branded sticker. (In comparison, my recent order from ThredUp came wrapped in paper tissue inside a cardboard box.) Until Helpsy changes their packaging to be as plastic-free as possible, I'll hold off on placing any more orders.

Order a jacket, that never got delivered, was so disappointed but was given a giftcard to make a new purchase. Rebekah was very quick to rectify the mistake. Did make a new purchase. Thank you Rebekah and helpsy.

Good first experience. The clothes were perfect and happily it all fit. The search engine on the website needs a lot of work - can't refine enough and category searches come back with so many non-search categories. For a company that promotes sustainability - packing each piece in plastic seems counterproductive - can't they be wrapped by order?

I would LOVE the option to be able to "heart" or "favorite" an item so that there is a way to collect items that I like but don't necessarily want to purchase yet.

I love the concept of Helpsy and have had an overall good experience with them. One item had the sizing mislabeled and support reached out to me to replace the item. Another item I had was fraying in parts and it would've been nice for that to be noted in the description, but it was still in okay shape otherwise. I'd also like to see less use of plastic since the packages came in a plastic mailer and each item was wrapped in plastic.
