I am pleased with my first experience with helpsy! The discount code motivated me to try them out. The items I received are in great condition. However, one of them was very mis-sized (maybe a child's XL instead of women's XL) and therefore unwearable. I love the ethos of the company and would consider purchasing again.

The website is not very mobile friendly but shipping times are excellent. Lots of promise here. Keep working to improve the experience.

Love the clothes. Great condition. Excited to receive. Great service. Slower than expected shipping but customer service was quick to respond. Packaging good - but I'd be happy with no plastic packaging. Its not necessary and I'm not a plastic fan. Other than that, I'll definitely buy again.

My purchase was easy, my coupon code worked perfectly, and while there was some confusion regarding shipping because of conflicting emails, the item did show up in a timely fashion. I would like to see more descriptions of each item. I realize this is time consuming, but knowing what the waist, bust, and hip measurements on items would mean I would at least know if an item will fit before I order it. Some of my favorite brands; Hell Bunny, Retrolicious, Eva Rose, Ixia, Sourpuss, etc. have very wide swings in their measurements and I would be willing to pay more if I knew that information before hand.

fast shipping, easy to use website, package was simple. just og shoe box in mail bag. they gave me sticker. Shoes on the other hand weren't as comfortable. But they were new with rag. I would hope it cost a bit less comparing to other website. But the shipping is fast.
