It took three weeks to get a reply from customer service

Very poor quality! I bought four shirts and within six months, three of the shirts had ripped at the seams - two on the cuff and one down the side. I complained to customer service and they replied to say it was outside of their 28 day warranty period and was due to wear. Will never buy from this company again

Nice products but customer service seems nonexistent online

Awful experience. No communication, order not received on time, not even remotely.

The shoes arrived visibly worn, which was incredibly disappointing. Reporting the issue has been a frustrating experience—customer service has been appalling throughout, with slow responses and a lack of accountability. I’m still waiting for confirmation on a refund, and the whole process has been far more difficult than it should be.
