Double charged for an in-store purchase; H&C said it was my problem, not theirs - even though they double charged me - and said take it up with the credit card company. The credit card company was correct - it was an H&C problem. Very time consuming

To say I am disappointed

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. You listed a shirt that was out of stock, and till now, I have not received my refund or details of my refund, which my bank needs to follow up on. I NEED MY REFUND ASAP! IT'S BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS

Refusal to send missing shirts or issue a refund. Terrible customer service.

Bought 6 shirts, only 5 arrived, customers service refuses to send the missing shirt or issue a refund for the missing shirt. Order placed on 12 August and issue is still not resolved. No other merchant has ever provided such a bad service when they did not send the complete order. I have been buying shirts from H&C for a very long time, this will probably be the last.

Terrible Service by H&C

I have been a H&C customer for many years, but unfortunately the service that I have received has been terrible without any consideration for customer loss. There was a simple sorry email for out-of-stock item by H&C after accepting the payment and delays. The order was placed from Saudi Arabia after incurring international currency loss. Now the refund after a month will further be reduced. I will look at changing the brand from next time and the customer advisor at the H&C was timid on her response without customer service focus. Never again to spend 650 GBP equivalent
