Your service is very bad, I was told I’m going to have my order my 21/11/25 till now 27/11/25 not yet I will be traveling out of France by 30/11/25

No reply to my email about Christmas returns. Poor service

AS I said before worst customer service ever. Please check my buying history throughout the years. I have spent thousands of pounds at your stores. This is totally unacceptable

I’m still waiting on my refund, since I returned my orders on 30th September and 1st October
