I'm more than happy with my Linen suit. However, I received an incorrectly sized item (40R as opposed to 48R) item so arranged a return. As I needed the replacement in a hurry I called to see if this could be hurried up. No was the answer returns take 10 days to process and postage on top of thus will be a further 5 days. I asked if I simply ordered a new item can delivery be expediated and the answer was no again. We only do 5 day delivery. So all in all inflexible and poor customer service.

Cancelled my order after taking my money and did not have the decency to tell me. It was only when I complained did they send me a message saying that the product is not available and that they are cancelling my order.

The shirt I received had 2 size tags - 14 & 16, it was a 14 so too small. I wanted it for my holiday but having to return did not allow sufficient time for a replacement. Contact with your Customer Service was terse & unhelpful.

Late responses re the delivery , so no idea when it was coming . Email just says soon !!! , it arrived finally the day my daughter needed it with a missing button on the cuff ! We will be returning it
