Great suit shocking customer service.
I'm more than happy with my Linen suit. However, I received an incorrectly sized item (40R as opposed to 48R) item so arranged a return. As I needed the replacement in a hurry I called to see if this could be hurried up. No was the answer returns take 10 days to process and postage on top of thus will be a further 5 days. I asked if I simply ordered a new item can delivery be expediated and the answer was no again. We only do 5 day delivery. So all in all inflexible and poor customer service.
