I placed my first & last order with Hawes & Curtis. I live in the USA. I ordered a total of 4 shirts. Two for me & two for my sons. For me, I ordered two French cuff shirts. One I ordered with 37” sleeves & thought …fine they’ll be a little bit long as I wear a 34/35 sleeve. Well, lo & behold the 37” sleeve is perfect while the 34” sleeve is short. Hawes & Curtis does not allow exchanges. Nor do they offer easy returns as do other English shirt companies. One has to return the shirt with a $10 restocking fee AND pay the shipping - $10 via them or your own shipper of choice. So now I’m stuck with a shirt that doesn’t fit because it will cost me half the cost of the shirt to return it to them in England! So while the shirt itself is very nice, I can’t purchase from them anymore. They just lost a customer. Back to CT & Brook Traverner where they offer easy exchanges & returns.

I am sure you have other wonderful pieces, but rain coats just not great for my style.

The items were not deliver on time.

My order never arrived. Awful customer support. I was left in the dark without any kind of update provided. I had to call Fedex daily to try to get information on the package to finally find out the package was lost.
