Return service and communication was not good to say the least.

The customer service of Hawes and Curtis is extremely lethargic and subpar in general. I have placed multiple orders with Hawes and Curtis in the past year and a half. I contacted the customer service for two of the orders and never received a quick or helpful response - on one occasion to modify the order and on another occasion to add an additional item to the order. The quality of the fabrics and prices offered by Hawes and Curtis are top notch, but the customer service is consistently disappointing.

Well, you were very kind and love your shirts. But the problem was not solved. You just d’ont have shirts for my size. Dificult size? Think not: regular white shirt, colar 15,5/sleeve 35. CS, TM Lewin and others have it. So I went to others English shirt makers.

Multybuy not clear

Almost no sleeves in 37 inch length. When asking customer service they just asked my collar size. If you sell no or almost no shirts with 37 inch sleeves, just tell me. Going back to Charles Tyrwhitt.
