One shirt was the wrong size and I can't wear it. It is too small

Bitterly disappointed, i have tried to contact Hawes and Curtis without success. All i wanted to do was swap a suit jacket for a smaller size but it has cost me another $100 to get it posted . i have to get a refund and then buy the new smaller sized jacket which not only cost me $100 postage and insurance but i had to pay a higher price as the discount I used could not be used on the new isezed jacket.

I am still waiting for a refund from coats that were purchased in December. No one seems to care.

I ordered 2 shirts, one was defective and I am being charged £3 to replace even though it is their fault and should be rectifying the defective item by replacing free of charge,
