They asked me to contact the store since I bought the shirt at the store. this is very poor in my opinion. Passing the buck. one brand should be one brand, not e-comm vs. in-store. . . . .

One shirt was the wrong size and I can't wear it. It is too small

Bitterly disappointed, i have tried to contact Hawes and Curtis without success. All i wanted to do was swap a suit jacket for a smaller size but it has cost me another $100 to get it posted . i have to get a refund and then buy the new smaller sized jacket which not only cost me $100 postage and insurance but i had to pay a higher price as the discount I used could not be used on the new isezed jacket.
