I have been extremely frustrated
I have been extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from UPS and Hatley for their lack of care and competence to making sure I receive my parcel or at a very least let me know where my parcel is. UPS just emailed to say they have the result of their investigation but will only communicate this to Hayley. However, Hatley is taking their sweet time communicating this to me. I'm very disappointed in Hayley's customer care.
