Hatleys customer service was very poor. No response received from them after a complaint was made about the poor quality of the items Recieved.

Poor customer service. Over a year after purchasing I get asked for a review when I haven’t had a response to my email about a broken product after buying. Terrible!!!

… I ordered £90 of items for Christmas. Ordered 03 December. Nothing received and no response to email. Fraudulent company BEWARE. Will contacting my bank to open a crime case. Extremely disappointed.

Customer service is horrible and I never got the product. It’s a scam. Do not buy

Very disappointing as I've ordered several times previously and recommend but this delivery did not appear.
