Faulty product. No respond from customer support

Horrible quality.

I am surprised to have received a review request like 15 months after my order. I had even forgotten I had ordered this ! I never received anything.

Hatleys customer service was very poor. No response received from them after a complaint was made about the poor quality of the items Recieved.

Poor customer service. Over a year after purchasing I get asked for a review when I haven’t had a response to my email about a broken product after buying. Terrible!!!
