I'm in EU, "Hatley" is
I'm in EU, "Hatley" is in UK. They didn't make sure to clear it at the customs, so my package never arrived. I requested to Hatley to do so but then they informed me that what I ordered was no longer available so I can order something else. How is it possible, since my order was supposedly at customs and they could've done 2 things - either contact with customs to get a clearance for it and it would have arrived, or contact customs to get it back and resend it with clearance this time. The only good part was that I got reimbursed fast enough. Even though, it was very unpleasant situation as it was for Christmas present.
