1st shirt delivered, meant to be an XL, was instead sized like an extra tall XXXL. It was returned because it was gigantic. The 2nd shirt delivered, meant to an L replace it, was sized like a tall XXL - but one sleeve was longer than the other, and the left should was misshapen. When I asked what size shirt they should replace it with, Lambs ignored that request, and sent a return authorization for the baseball cap I had already received. Since Lamb's quality control didn't exist, and they couldn't answer simple return questions, I had them refund the shirt and I trashed it. I'll keep the cap.
