Please contact me regarding this error of doubling my order. I only ordered 1 pair of pajamas and a neck brace that didn't even look like what was online.
I used to like this company. After being charged twice for a mistake that either the digital program you have, or another mistake of sending me double and charging me twice on my charge statement, I have had to get in charge with the charge company to my dismay. I sent you a number of e-mails and asked you what to do with this extra order as I wasn't paying for the shipping. I even gave you my phone number. I would appreciate that you reverse the charges for the second charge and attempt to contact me to tell me what to do with the extra items that I do not want. I can send them back to you as they haven't been touched, but why should I also have to pay for all the shipping for a mistake I didn't make. Karen Henneberry 1 902-868-2341.
