Expensive product to have defects when the website claims quality control then sends me 2 hats with defects. One hat being the replacement for the first. The other items were gifts.

Shipping was slow I want to have my money back for the shipping. Also I do not like the design of the product. However I like quality of the product.

Hi, the beanie is great. The cap is, however, of shockingly poor quality - akin to a hat I'd buy on the street in NYC for $10. I understand that the liner is the most important element, but you should really use a better hat than one would find in a truck stop as the base for your hat. You should explore sourcing from another vendor - a premium vendor. You should be embarassed to sell a hat like this.

Five dollars worth of hat for a lot more. Low quality and odd fit.

I just don't know why you changed your cuts so dramatically. No one needs a vaulted shoulder in a tshirt and these long, short sleeves are embarrasing. The previous cuts we're active and you could readily move your arms without looking like a buffoon, I have no idea why these are popular now unless China is trying to slow our reaction times all down...
