Woolen beanie was a little too small for my head. The lining kept the cap from expanding, so the beanie kept riding up on my head. I call it the "cone head look."

When I placed my order for a t-shirt & beanie, I was informed of a delay in shipping the beanie. About 3 weeks after the estimated arrival date came & went, I reached out to find for a status update. The automated system sent me in circles without getting my inquiry to anybody. I tried again & was told to be patient. Another week plus passed - all the while receiving lots of email ads encouraging me to buy more - then I received an ad that the beanies were back in stock...but didn't receive any communication about the status of my order, so I reached out yet again. This time I did get a prompt reply saying my order was on the way. I still have not received it. Communication could definitely use some improvement.

Very disappointed. I don’t know what EMF these items are supposed to block, but they certainly won’t stop anything for my purposes. For instance, I used the hat I ordered to put over our WiFi router at night, rather than turning it off. It did absolutely nothing to block the signal. It didn’t even lesson the amount of signal coming cellphones or TV. Plus, when I tried using it to protect my hand while using my cell phone, it made my hand burn even more. After talking to the expert who made EMF blocking sheer drapes for my home (I live in a high rise directing across from two cellphone towers), he explained that this type of material used directly on one’s body can be dangerous to people like me who are extremely sensitive to EMF. So, unfortunately I just wasted $600 that I should have spent on more of the sheer fabric to drape over the devices causing me issues, rather than my body.

Extremely poor fit, hat is too high. One of the main groups of people who should wear these is pilots who are exposed to EMF regularly at higher levels than normal, but the fit does not allow headsets over it. Furthermore, return or exchange costs are extremely prohibitive, making it basically ineligible for return.

Way way way overpriced for the less than average comfort. They won’t be around long selling products like these while being this expensive.
