The item arrived promptly but

The item arrived promptly but the return process was way too cumbersome. The packaging referred to a prepaid return label but the label wasn’t included. The customer service line was open only on Denmark time. Eventually figured out that I Had to send an email to get a return label. No acknowledgment of return when I dropped item off at fed ex. Ganni items are so nice but I will never buy online again.

You NEVER acknowledged return of the item, nor did you issue notice that you would be refunding my money. I'm thisclose to reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. Incidently, if you HAD reached out to me, I would have ordered a larger size, if it was available. Ganni has terrible customer service.
