Did not offer return for poorly made boots.

product never arrived, customer service was unhelpful

You added a discount to the dress a few hours after I bought it, but you would not offer me a price adjustment. So, In the future I’m inclined to shop w/ Net-a-Porter, saks or other retailers with more consumer-friendly policies.
