Shipped quickly but delivery was slow. Tracking didn't update for several days which made me worry as the danish post can be a bit hit and miss. Arrived eventually. Contacted customer service who replied within the given response window with a friendly response however package had arrived by this time. The experience won’t put me off ordering again however knowing that the postage system in Denmark is slow is useful to know

I haven’t yet received my refund after returning the dress. But in the past always had a good experience with Ganni so hopefully the refund is on its way

Not helpful enough cos I forgot to write the full address for delivery when I made the order & it took long time to reply me , came out said nothing u guys can do at all ! Lucky I had received it anyway .

I would prefer return label to be enclosed with the purchase

Won't be buying anything this season as your clothing sizing seems to have shrunk...I am a size 14/16 so order a size 16 and the clothes were very right or too small
