Kings Road store arranged repair. Staff excellent. Slow service from the repairs company though... regrettable

My only issue, ever, is with the delay it takes in getting hold of customer service. It is not always an option to pick up the phone, if you are at work. Live chat would be really helpful. Instead of waiting several days to get an email reply. By far the greatest thing is the product measurements, which REALLY helps with online ordering. I hardly ever need to return anything anymore.
