Customer service was great but having to fill in that consumer invoice in order to return my item was a form of torture. Please just do it yourselves and include them in the package, you have all the information anyway!

excellent customer service response. I needed smaller size and was upset to have to pay shipping again.Its a new brand for me and I guess I should have multi-ordered to avoid this however that is expensive

Product measurements are excellent and take the guess work out of ordering online. The commitment to using greener fabrics is solid, and not just green-washing. They ship quickly (99% of the time). My only complaint is how long it takes customer service to answer emails (as phoning is not really an option whilst at work). Some sort of Live Chat would be a lot better.
