return takes a long time for clearing, one order delay was about 2 month . . . crazy. cannot rate the quality only the processing

I wanted a good quality trench coat to give to my wife regardless of money. I knew she really liked one from Gaala so I looked to see if the size (XSS) was available to purchase. It is available with the "meet to order" option and since I had time I decided to buy it. The next day I got the first disappointment, an email saying that they could not send the XSS size because they had already cut the fabrics and did not contemplate that size? I decided to try the XS in case it would fit, but it did. The second disappointment came when it was time to return the item, I expected that in a company of this category would come a return label already printed but it is not so, you have to print your label and pay 5 € for the return. If you don't have a printer as in my case you have to go to a store and pay to have it printed. The fabric of the raincoat was also very disappointing, quite thick and not at all expected for a product of supposed quality. We finally bought a raincoat from another well known French company that is quite good quality and includes a free return label. We doubt very much that we will buy from this store again.

Still not received the earrings (and the rest of my order). I set my order 1 month ago.
