This was meant to be a stress-free purchase for a meaningful event
After being sent the wrong product I had to write back and forth with an AI-sounding customer service and send proof that I in fact did receive the wrong order.
All of this to be told that I now have to spend further time shipping the wrong product back, provide more proof that I received the wrong order, and that I will in fact not be able to receive the product I paid for, as it is no longer in stock.
There has been no proactive attempt to make things right.
