The final product is great, the communication could have been better. And honestly, for this amount of money I at least expected some of the gifts they were sending others as an extra, even if it was just a canvas bag or sth small. Now I got a €30 gift card to compensate the extra delay, and after chasing them myself about the actual delivery date, nothing.

It's beautiful, but the material feels a bit cheap.

I keep hoping to get the jacket that matches the skirt I ordered. The skirt is lovely and even higher-quality than I expected, but without the jacket, it's not what I wanted. It simply isn't showing up in my size.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gaala. Their refund process is extremely slow – I have been waiting far too long to get my money back. Communication is poor and it feels like they don’t care about their customers. I will not order from them again and would not recommend Gaala to others.
