I have always loved the design, fabric, and quality of my Gaala purchases. However, I am a bit frustrated with the Gaala society. While I am in the highest tier, there are so many rules which prevent you from freely using your points (for instance you cannot use a discount code at the same time of redeeming your points) which kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. I hope there will be some changes allowing the loyal customers to use their gifts/points more freely.

Love the product but was surprised I had to pay for the import tax into CH. This could have been better communicated

I am quite happy with the quality of my purchases from Gaala. Darya has been very helpful with answering my enquiries. I have bought a few linen dresses and wool coats from Gaala, and will continue to purchase more items.

shopping was fast. The dress is beautyfull - gorgeause cream colour linnen fabric. I was misleaded by the bust measurements and ordered size S instead of M, because I have very small chest, but S was way too tight. . .

Disappointed with the Gaala sizing support and recommendation of sizing.
