Dear Gaala,
4 stars because and ONLY because the Product is amazing. I love so much the design, the shape and the fiber.
However !!!!
Your service is non existant - you don’t know how to create a relationship with your online client… I am wondering… is it a robot behind instagram ?
I rather perfer unfollow Gaala on instagram to not remember this lack of personality behind.
Bug tips : For a niche brand, we expect to have a much more personalised experience.
What happen ?
Size wasn’t good because the sizing is incorrect, I ordered an S, I receive a 36. I am working in fashion, that’s completely wrong (by the way).
So I ask on instagram and we gave me an adresse mail specifically for the size.
After 3 days, no reply. I ask why?
They told me : no reply during the weekend.
2 weeks after : I am still waiting for their reply hahah !
Hopefully, right mov - I am very happy, but all thanks to me. Otherwise, I woud have been very very very unhappy and from 4 stars I woud have rate 1 star + return the piece for sure.
