Shipping fine, just sizing issue

Not overly impressed the trousers were too big when arrived. I was advised to get the size up as they came very small. This was not the case and then I was charged to return them. Still haven’t had my refund. The new company is not as good as before.

service good, product terrible, returns cost me extra £10
