Was told no refund even though wanted to return all 4 items

The Freddy jeans shorts are not according to their size chart on the website, they are extremely small and very bad quality for that price. I usually buy a small in the long Freddy jeans and a large in the shorts didn’t fit. I measured the shorts according the size chart which proved sizing was way off. I have been back and forth for weeks with their customer service trying to get a refund for these shorts which is according to my statutory rights in this circumstance. Freddy jeans UK have not taken any accountability and have made this process extremely frustrating and difficult. Still no resolution and sitting with pants I cannot exchange! Very disappointing for the price you pay!

Not worth the money

I wanted to exchange it for a larger size but it’s not possible as it was in the sale. For that reason I am disappointed

I can’t leave a glowing reference because my experience with Freddy was appalling. The quality of the clothing is terrible and the customer service is awful. They refused to refund my payment as the jeans i purchased were on a discount, never mind I paid well over a £150. They would only issue a credit. I tried several different styles but each time the product was not good. Quality was awful, the fit was poor. Be aware if you purchase they will only refund on full price items, this is why they discount for you. It’s a clause so they don’t have to refund. I would avoid if I were you/ they look far better than they are in the flesh ( so to speak) I would rate the products a minus and the service also a minus. Don’t waste your money.
