Shipping was fast but is only free if over a certain (high) amount. Prices are high in my opinion. The product is nice, good quality though.

I ordered two pair of sweatpants for my husband. One pair fit great and the other was too long. He has a 34 inseam, which I ordered, but these were too long. There very different fabric and we hoped the would shrink some, so I washed them. They didn’t shrink any and they got caught on his heels. Since I had washed them, I couldn’t return them. We ended up giving them away. An expensive donation😕 Just return them if they aren’t right. Don’t make my mistake.

Bit of a delay in receiving exchange after original sweatpants were returned. There are email communications along the way so i know the returned items were received and process is underway.

I ordered these pants sometime ago and had to finally reach out to them at which time they indicated that one pair would be out in a week and the other would not arrive till late January 2023. These pants were to be Xmas gifts which I ordered in plenty of time, but received no notification until I reached out to them
