I bought a pair of pants that just did not look right and returned them in a couple days. I was charged $12 for the return and after 2 weeks, still have not received any credit. Will not shop here agsin

Shipping fine. Ordered 2 pairs, navy gray. Navy perfect! I thought gray looked too long. Same size. When we measured , gray 2 inches longer!!!!!!

Still waiting for exchange. You sent an item that was mislabeled and had to be sent back. You received the return on 12/5 and the correct item hasn't been shipped yet on 12/12. Not going to be happy if I don't receive before Christmas when it was not my fault.

Sent some pants back because of wrong size. Return made it back on 18 October and I haven’t heard anything back yet
